Accessibility
Everyone deserves to reach care. This page explains how we work to make our website, our visits and our communication accessible.
Our commitment
We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We are still building the site, and we will keep testing it with real people and assistive technology.
What we do on this site
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a “skip to main content” link and clear focus outlines
- Text and background colors chosen for strong contrast, and text that scales when you zoom
- Headings, labels and landmarks so screen readers can navigate
- Descriptions for meaningful images, and form fields with visible labels
- Movement kept minimal, and respected when your device asks to reduce motion
- This site is also available in Spanish
Visits and communication
Interpreters are available: I see patients in Spanish myself, and interpreters can be arranged for other spoken languages and American Sign Language (ASL).
Tell us what you need when you book, and we will do our best to arrange it.
Tell us what's not working
If something on this site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, write to hello@redwoodofm.com or call 503.293.8393. We will respond to general inquiries within 1 to 2 business days. Response times for accommodation requests vary with what is requested, but we will attend to them as soon as possible.
